Join us for the official launch of the Margaret River Readers & Writers Festival 2025, hosted by Jane Caro. Enjoy a selection of Clairault Streicker wines and delicious canapés before a moving Welcome to Country from the Undalup Association. Our esteemed international guest authors —Professor A.C. Grayling, Samantha Harvey and Australian author Chris Flynn—will each deliver a thought-provoking welcome address, offering their unique interpretations of this year’s theme. Through philosophy and literature, they will explore the joy and necessity of storytelling—echoing poet Muriel Rukeyser’s words: “The universe is made of stories, not atoms.”
