Visual Stories Art Competition & Exhibition 2025

Artists were invited to submit works that communicate and showcase the power of storytelling and the unique sense of place that is Wadandi Boodja through their chosen medium. 

Entry was open to artists from the Shire of Augusta Margaret River, City of Busselton and Shire of Nannup aged over 17. Work could be submitted in any artistic medium and artists were encouraged to be brave, challenge conventions and create works that will stimulate new conversations, change perspectives and spark joy. 

The exhibition will be on display in Nala Bardip Mia – the Margaret River HEART foyer gallery from 24 April–30 May 2025.
